Wests Bakery is a family business that has passed through 4 generations, spanning over 100 years, from founder Hubert West, to great grandson, Mark Lane.
Alongside Flour, Yeast, Water and Salt, Time is the key ingredient to what makes Wests the best. No additives, no preservatives, just pure, natural ingredients create a loaf as good as you will find anywhere in the world.
It may be more time consuming and labour intensive, but the quality of the product is uncontested.
